Dr. Sidney L. Gulledge, III MD is an ophthalmologist and ophthalmic surgeon in Raleigh, North Carolina where he has practiced eye surgery and general ophthalmology since 1981.  He performs laser eye surgery specializing in cataract and lens implant surgery, glaucoma and macular degeneration evaluation and treatment.  The Rexwoods Eye Center offers a complete range of eye services including comprehensive medical examinations, refractive screening exams, contact lens evaluations and prescriptions, as well as glasses prescriptions with assistance when indicated to aid the patient in on line glasses internet buying.
